How to Collaborate with Team Members and Clients on Instagram

You can manage up to 10 projects and invite up to 10 members to each project. This feature is especially helpful for business owners and SMM managers. You can easily sync your teamwork within our app.

To begin teamwork, you should create a new project or select an already-created project. Then, you can connect your Instagram account to the Content Office app or work without an Instagram connection.

To invite new team members to your project, enter the member’s account email on our app → Set up individual permissions for each team member. Then, you just need to wait until the member accepts the invitation and joins the project.

You can invite a designer or photographer to your project to plan a visual feed for your Instagram, a copywriter to prepare post captions following your Instagram plan and strategy, an admin or manager to respond to Instagram comments directly from our app, and other experts who are preparing content for your Instagram profile.

If you work as an SMM manager, you can invite your customers to join and review Instagram content.
